5. Intellectual Property

7. Modifications and Cancellations

7.1 Modifications

Any modification to the original scope must be agreed in writing and may involve price and deadline adjustments.

7.2 Cancellation

Unilateral cancellation generates the right to charge for work performed and expenses incurred, plus a 20% penalty on the outstanding balance.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Neuquén, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
